Step one:
Open a new document in Greyscale.
Press M on your keyboard and
draw a rectangular selection—make
it black. Then go under the
filter menu and Gaussian Blur.
Step two:
Go to the Filter Menu>Pixelate>Color
Halftone and press Radius:
7; Channel 1: 100; Channel
2: 45; Channel 3 and 4: 90.
Press W (magic wand tool)
and click in the black rectangle—choose
select similar and save the
selection. In the Layers palet,
turn Background into Layer.
1. Inverse the selection and
press delete. Change the Greyscale
mode into RGB.
Step
three:
Open another image you would
like to paste into this document.
Select all and go back to
your rectangular document—paste
into. et voila!
Step four:
Finish it by making a drop
shadow. And even more: Select
load selection and Bevel and
Emboss. Nice, hmm?
