Step 1: Here's a great picture of Santa taken by the elves at PhotoSpin, and a nice shot of Steve, the Company Manager In Charge Of Holiday Parties-- let's use Photoshop to put Steve's face on Santa. Better get started before the reindeer start another game...
Step 2: Let's start by selecting Steve's face with the Lasso tool. Go a little outside the face-- we're going to layer mask out what we don't want. Copy the face and...
Step 3: ...paste Steve's face on top of Santa. As you can see, Steve's face is bigger, and at a slightly different angle. Lower the opacity to about 65% so we can see Santa to adjust to.
Step 4: Hit command-t (Mac) or cntrl-t (PC) to transform the face. Hold the shift key down to keep him proportional, and click outside the corners to turn him so his eyes match up with Santa's eyes
Step 5: Turn Steve back to 100% opacity, and tap on the Layer Mask icon to add a layer mask.
Step 6: Now's the fun part! Set your Airbrush Brush Dynamics to Opacity only, and paint with black to erase. Press softly to feather the beard in, harder to erase it all. And if you should over-erase, just paint with white to bring it back.

Step 8: Hmmm... Santa's mustache would look pretty good on Steve. Let's select it with the Lasso tool, and hit command-j (Mac) or cntrl-j (PC) to jump it to a new layer we'll put above our Steve layer.
